What’s stranger: The fact that a immigrant Pakistani father in Georgia can strangle his daughter with a bungee cord because she wanted to divorce the man he’d married her off to?

Or the fact that the Chicago Tribune evidently doesn’t trust its readership to discuss this story on their pages, since they’ve locked the associated discussion board down?
